Vincent Joubert

Vincent Joubert is an aviation infrastructure specialist and Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) consultant with extensive experience in the planning, design and deployment of ICAO-compliant lighting systems across Southern and Central Africa.

Representing SunSolutions Aeronautics, he supports airports, heliports, mining operations and remote aviation facilities with both conventional and solar-powered AGL solutions. His work spans the full project lifecycle, including technical specification, procurement coordination, installation oversight, commissioning and operational integration of runway, taxiway, and approach lighting systems.

Vincent has been involved in CAT I and CAT II airfield lighting environments, portable and emergency lighting deployments and large-scale solar AGL implementations. He works closely with regulators, airport authorities and engineering partners to ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 14, FAA guidance and regional civil aviation requirements.

Combining practical field experience with strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement, he assists aviation clients in delivering safe, reliable and future-ready airfield lighting infrastructure.
