Rahul Krishnadas is an aviation safety and operations professional with extensive experience in heliport and aerodrome projects, regulatory compliance, and operational safety systems across the UAE and regional markets. He has served as Director of Aviation Projects at Dynamic Heliports, overseeing complex aviation infrastructure and heliport assignments.
He has been responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and operational readiness of heliport and aviation infrastructure projects for government and commercial stakeholders, with strong focus on regulatory alignment, safety assurance, and practical operability. His work spans the full project lifecycle, from concept and design coordination through commissioning, documentation, and operational integration.
Rahul brings deep expertise in aviation safety management, having implemented and overseen Safety Management Systems aligned with GCAA and ICAO standards. He has been closely involved in audits, risk assessments, hazard identification processes, and the development of operational manuals and emergency response procedures.
Earlier in his career, he served with Helidubai – Dubai Air Wing, progressing from Flight Dispatcher to Safety Manager and GCAA Postholder. In this capacity, he acted as the principal advisor on safety management, regulatory compliance, and operational risk, working closely with regulators and emergency response agencies including Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and Search and Rescue.
He also has prior experience in Dangerous Goods supervision with the Maersk Group, supporting compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations across logistics and transport operations.
Rahul holds advanced technical qualifications in Aerospace Engineering from Emirates Aviation University and professional certifications including GCAA and FAA Flight Dispatch Licenses, NEBOSH certification, and specialised training in safety investigation, helicopter landing operations, and advanced SMS implementation. He brings a regulator-aware, operations-driven approach to aviation safety and compliance, grounded in both operational and governance-focused roles.
