Paweł Korzec

Pawel is an airspace subject matter expert with expertise focusing on human factor and human performance operating within an increasingly complex legal environment.

He gained experience during the implementation of the world’s first operationally approved UTM system - PansaUTM. The system was deployed at both civil and military control towers. He served as its lead architect and co-creator.

Pawel contributed to the development of AMC/GM for U-space and served in advisory roles in several European projects, like: U-space CONOPS, Sherlock, Certiflight, ICARUS (SESAR JU), HOPE (ESA). He specializes in the analysis of GNSS anomalies (jamming and spoofing), conducting airport audits and assessing the operational impact of signal interference. Pawel is also a lecturer in training courses organized by EUROCONTROL. Currently involved in Electronic Conspicuity.

In his spare time, he designs RWY marking for GA airfields in compliance with aviation regulations, combining professional expertise with aviation passion.

Since 2001, he has led Poland’s largest General Aviation portal dlapilota.pl. On top of aviation, Pawel has strong telecommunication background.
